1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or peak periods.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines within the UAE depend on the delivery location and courier partner.

  • Estimated delivery time starts after dispatch, not from the date of order placement.

  • Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available within the UAE.

  • All COD orders are dispatched only after confirmation via WhatsApp or call.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in case of order refusal or return.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts & Non-Acceptance

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-delivery or return charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of future COD orders.
