Refund policy

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items received.


2. Damage / Incorrect Product Claims

  • Any damage or incorrect product claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for claim approval.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged products, subject to verification.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the assessment and at the sole discretion of Pinky Promise by Rani.


4. Store Credit

  • Store credit:

    • Will be issued after claim approval

    • Will be valid for 3 months

    • Can be used for future purchases only

    • Is non-transferable and non-refundable


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping (if approved) will be communicated by our team.


6. Right to Decision

  • Pinky Promise by Rani reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after verification.
