2. Damage / Incorrect Product Claims

Any damage or incorrect product claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for claim approval.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for damaged products, subject to verification.

Once approved, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the assessment and at the sole discretion of Pinky Promise by Rani.
